Made from Sangiovese grapes, this elegant wine has an intense garnet red color with powerful aromas of forest berries, spices, and licorice on the nose. Thanks to its well-integrated tannins on the palate it pairs with most classic dishes – roasted game, red meats, and seasoned cheese. To enjoy at its best, decanter before drinking and serve at between 60º-64º F in generous-sized wine glasses.

Fermentation at a controlled temperature for 6-8 days in stainless steel vats. Post-fermentation maceration lasting 4-6 days. Malolactic in stainless steel vats.
