El Recio (tough guy) is a vegan wine that comes from a selection of extremely limited production 90-100-year-old vines.

Vinification

Handpicked from a selection of 90-100-year-old vines of extremely limited production. Fermentation and maceration are done in reinforced concrete deposits for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels. This wine is left unfiltered to preserve its natural features.

Intense nose having notes of chocolate, black fruits and vanilla

Taste

Striking taste, being predominantly round and silky. Touches of fruits linger in the after taste as do mineral notes. This a full body wine yet at the same time very easy to drink
